December 2009 marked our 80th Anniversay!
We celebrated by hosting an evening open house and invited friends and family to join us. The deli was filled with garlands and panetone and lit with sparkling lights and candles. Trays of sparkling Italian soda was passed as we roasted the enormous porchetta. We served up pasta and caesar salad and passed appetizers as everyone listened to the live opera singers in the front of our store. Our guests spilled into the kitchen and sat around the table we use to make ravioli. You could feel the 80 years of history in that kitchen… all the cooks and staff that have come and gone would have been suprised at the scene that wonderful night! Our friends Marco and Romano played the guitar and sang Italian songs…and many many bottles of wine were emptied as we toasted 80 years of good food, family and friends. Thanks to all for your good wishes for the future. We look forward to our 100 th anniversary in 2029!!! With love – Linda and Paul

After many many years of saying “no” when a customer asked for something hot…we now say “YES”! We are happy to heat up our ravioli, pasta, meatballs, pastrami and swiss… you name it and we wil heat it. In addition we have HOT SOUP EVERYDAY!!

Of course we ship! We can ship just about everything except for our handmade ravioli….they are just too perishable and fragile. Remember that other perishable items will need to be shipped overnight. Call or email and we will make it happen!
